Civil Manager

Job Purpose Managing civil engineer for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of civil engineering. Responsible for managing the overall maintenance civil work, building, road, etc. Leading team that includes contractors, architects, construction managers. Core Responsibilities

Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met Monitoring civil maintenance budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits

Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project

Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction

Job Requirement S1 Civil Engineering graduated from reputed university/institute with 10-15 years of experience in handling various civil projects in preferably Petrochemical/ Power Plant/ Polyester Manufacturing. Having sound knowledge of
