Requirements Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in waterproofing, building maintenance, or related fields. Strong understanding of construction methods and project execution. Able to prepare Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Work Checklists, and technical documentation. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction materials is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with Project, Marketing, and Clients. Willing to travel for site inspections when required.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare Method Statements, Work Procedures, and other technical documents for project execution; Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure technical compliance and identify potential issues before work begins; Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality checklists, and inspection reports; Prepare daily, weekly, and project completion reports as required; Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations on construction methods and waterproofing systems; Support site teams by providing technical guidance and resolving engineering-related issues; Coordinate with the Project, Marketing, and Estimating teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and technically feasible; Review site survey data and assist in preparing technical recommendations for project proposals; Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and client requirements; Continuously improve technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering templates.
