Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi aktivitas konstruksi dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap desain yang disetujui, standar keselamatan, serta persyaratan kualitas. Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan kontraktor, pemasok, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk menyelesaikan tantangan teknis dan mengoptimalkan hasil proyek. Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup peninjauan gambar sipil/struktural, spesifikasi, dan metode konstruksi. Anda akan melakukan inspeksi lapangan, menyelesaikan masalah konstruksi sipil, menyiapkan laporan kemajuan, serta memelihara dokumentasi proyek secara komprehensif.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimise project outcomes; Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements; Review civil/structural drawings, specifications, and construction methods; Conduct site inspections and resolve civil construction issues; Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensure/certification in civil or structural engineering; Minimum 6 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably within industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing sectors; Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro; In-depth knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and safety standards; Proven experience in project management, including budget control and timeline management; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal; Experience with construction site supervision and quality control procedures.
