PERSOL Indonesia membuka kesempatan sebagai Civil Engineer melalui program penempatan di perusahaan Jepang di Prefektur Hokkaido. Kandidat terpilih akan mengikuti sekolah bahasa terlebih dahulu di Gading Serpong, Tangerang Selatan selama 1 tahun sebelum diberangkatkan ke Jepang untuk mengerjakan berbagai proyek konstruksi infrastruktur publik maupun MEP.
Tanggung jawab: Project Management; Quality Management; Safety Management; Cost Management; MEP installation based on project requirements and your professional experience.
Kualifikasi: Has 2 years or more of experience in civil or MEP engineering; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degrees; Has experience in types of projects mentioned above (civil, non-building public infrastructure; MEP); Intermediate speaking-proficiency in English; JLPT N2 (Prior to deployment to Japan).
Benefit: School & flight-related costs are covered (tuition, books, certification, flight ticket, VISA); Allowance during school term: IDR 3,000,000 / month; Salary: Approximately IDR 25 million per month (JPY 230,000–260,000).
