SPX Express is a leading logistics company operating across Indonesia. This role involves leading and managing day-to-day operations, including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile processes within assigned provinces. The position is critical for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining company standards, and achieving key performance indicators. The City Operations Lead is responsible for HSE implementation and ensuring the safety of personnel within assigned cities. The role requires a hands-on leadership style to supervise expenses, coach and develop team members according to company standards, and ensure the entire operation team strictly follows company SOPs and work instructions.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for HSE implementation and ensuring people's safety within assigned cities; Leading and managing day-to-day overall operations including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile within assigned provinces; Responsible for CPP within assigned cities; Ensure the operation team follows Company SOP and WI; Responsible for achieving KPI targets aligned with company goals and objectives; Accountable for supervising any expenses incurred; Responsible for coaching and developing team members based on company standard learning and development guidelines.
Kualifikasi: At least 5 years of experience in a Logistics Express or general Logistics company, with experience managing multiple provinces or regions; Bachelor's degree from any major; Skilled in Express/Courier Transport Operation Management (First Mile, Middle Mile, Sorting Center, and Last Mile); Proficient in Project, People, and Community Management; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen and Lean skills are preferred); Good written and verbal communication skills; Hands-on leadership style capable of demonstrating operational solutions on the floor; Experience in operating Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS); Placement: All Sumatera.
