Sebuah industri manufaktur terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi profesional K3 dan peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk bergabung sebagai CI & SHE Analyst. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan menjadi penggerak utama dalam mengimplementasikan serta memantau program Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (K3L/SHE) guna menciptakan budaya kerja yang aman dan meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan di area pabrik. Selain itu, Anda juga bertanggung jawab mendorong inisiatif perbaikan berkesinambungan (Continuous Improvement) melalui penerapan berbagai metode peningkatan mutu dan efisiensi operasional di lingkungan pabrik Gresik.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and support SHE programs, including safety audits, documentation, inspections, and compliance activities; Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives such as SGA, Kaizen, 5R, and TPM; Monitor hazard reports, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions to ensure timely follow-up; Conduct regular inspections of work equipment, facilities, and PPE to identify and mitigate potential risks; Support the implementation of SHE initiatives to reduce workplace risks and prevent accidents; Monitor waste management and treatment processes in accordance with applicable standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; Strong knowledge of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 18001, SHE regulations, and HSE management systems; Familiar with Continuous Improvement tools such as SGA, Kaizen, RCFA, and 5R/5S; Must hold AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification; Good understanding of waste management and treatment processes; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Willing to be placed at Gresik Plant, East Java.
