Sebagai Guru Kimia dan Biologi, Anda bertanggung jawab mengajar mata pelajaran tersebut kepada siswa menengah, merencanakan serta memimpin eksperimen laboratorium, membimbing siswa menganalisis data dan menyusun kesimpulan berbasis bukti. Peraturan tugas juga mencakup penerapan pembelajaran praktis dan STEM, penyusunan asesmen dan ujian, pemantauan kemajuan belajar siswa, diferensiasi instruksi, integrasi teknologi digital, pemeliharaan lingkungan laboratorium yang aman, serta kolaborasi dalam kegiatan sekolah dan komunitas.
Tanggung jawab: Teach Biology and Chemistry to middle and high school students; Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and practical investigations; Teach students to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and draw evidence-based conclusions; Incorporate hands-on learning, STEM activities, projects, and scientific inquiry; Prepare assessments, quizzes, laboratory reports, projects, and examinations; Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback; Differentiate instruction for students with varying academic abilities; Integrate technology and appropriate digital resources into science instruction; Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging laboratory environment; Collaborate with other teachers to support interdisciplinary learning; Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities; Support the school's faith educational philosophy and contribute positively to the school community.
Kualifikasi: Required:; Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field; Strong knowledge of Biology and Chemistry; Excellent English communication skills; Classroom teaching experience; Ability to develop engaging, student-centered lessons; Strong classroom management and organizational skills; Commitment to student academic growth and character development; Follow same Faith; Preferred:; Teaching certification or recognized teaching qualification; Experience teaching an American or international curriculum; Experience with NGSS, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, or college-preparatory science; Laboratory teaching experience; STEM education experience; Experience working with international students.
