CDO Field Supervisor

Role Summary As an operational representative, the CDO Field Supervisor ensures Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) services are effectively executed to support sales and company growth. This role oversees CDE asset supply chain and inventory management (planning, execution, and evaluation), ensures ESP compliance with company standards and procedures, and drives cost analysis initiatives to keep operations aligned with agreed objectives. Key Accountabilities

Supervise CDE distribution, ensure accurate demand planning, maintain asset availability and inventory accuracy, and drive customer satisfaction to support business growth. Analyze corrective actions, ensure External Service Provider compliance with standards, supervise performance, and conduct internal audits to maintain service quality and supplier performance. Ensure warehouse asset accuracy, supervise spare parts and equipment inventory, manage stock counts, and coordinate CDE disposal activities with proper reporting.

Analyze CDE service and maintenance quality, evaluate technician performance, and supervise refurbishment processes to ensure assets meet SLA and optimal performance standards. Foster high performance culture, manage and develop team capability through target setting, regular coaching, and effective implementation of Individual Development Plans. Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual department budget to ensure expenses align with the Business Plan.

Take responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring OHS policies, procedures, training, and instructions are followed, and hazards are identified, assessed, and controlled. Education Background Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 3.00) from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Management, or related fields

Professional Experience 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain (CDO, Logistics, or Cold Drink Asset distribution) Experience managing external vendors (technical and service-related)
