Posisi CCTV Technician di bawah departemen Engineering Management ini menuntut Anda untuk memantau dan mengawasi instalasi sistem CCTV serta Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) di seluruh proyek perusahaan. Anda juga berperan dalam merancang tata letak (layout) titik CCTV serta memantau layanan dukungan IT dan helpdesk di setiap proyek. Tanggung jawab lainnya mencakup penyiapan dan peninjauan gambar teknis serta estimasi Rencana Anggaran Biaya (Bill of Quantities/BoQ) untuk proyek instalasi CCTV dan MEP. Anda juga akan melakukan kunjungan lapangan secara berkala guna memantau progres dan implementasi proyek secara langsung di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and supervise CCTV and MEP installations across all projects; Develop CCTV point layout designs and plans for all projects; Monitor IT support and helpdesk services across all projects, including internet and server systems; Prepare and review technical drawings and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) estimates for CCTV and MEP installation projects; Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and implementation; Qualifications; Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology (IT) or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering; Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Must have experience in CCTV systems, including design, cost estimation, and installation; Additional experience in MEP is preferred; Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is an advantage; Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team; Willing to work overtime and undertake business trips.
