Cashier Daily Worker

About the role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Daily Worker to join the team at Chook and Roo's in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. As a Cashier Daily Worker, you will be the face of our business, handling financial transactions, managing the point-of-sale system, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will directly contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers and supporting the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handling cash, card, and digital transactions Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering queries, and resolving any payment-related issues promptly

Reconciling the cash register at the end of each shift and documenting all transactions accurately Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area and ensuring all payment equipment is functioning correctly Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as issuing receipts, recording sales data, and filing relevant documentation

Supporting other team members during peak periods and contributing to a collaborative work environment Following company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer confidentiality Reporting discrepancies or unusual transactions to management immediately

What we're looking for Proven experience working as a cashier or in a similar administrative or customer-facing role Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
