Posisi ini berfokus pada pengelolaan transaksi keuangan kas dan bank untuk mendukung aktivitas pemasaran di industri FMCG. Staf akan bertanggung jawab memastikan seluruh alur transaksi tercatat dengan akurat, melakukan rekonsiliasi, serta menjaga kerahasiaan data keuangan perusahaan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily financial transactions related to marketing activities, including recording of cash and bank operations; Ensure completeness of supporting documents for each marketing transaction according to company procedures; Perform cash and bank reconciliations for promotional and sales activities as scheduled; Assist in processing payments to suppliers and marketing partners according to regulations; Prepare financial reports related to marketing activities for audit and analysis purposes; Maintain confidentiality of financial data and security of funds related to marketing activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience as a cashier or financial transaction handler in the FMCG industry; Proficient in operating digital payment systems, cashier applications, and accounting software; Knowledge of administrative procedures and bank transaction reconciliation, as well as marketing fund management; Detail-oriented, honest, and able to maintain financial data confidentiality.
