Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly service and efficient front office and cashier operations.
Tanggung jawab: Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude; Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction; Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities; Manage reservations and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures; Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently; Process payments and maintain daily transaction records; Coordinate effectively with the F&B and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations; Requirements:; Honest, responsible, and trustworthy; Detail-oriented with strong service and communication skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Friendly, polite, and professional in dealing with guests and colleagues; Able to operate basic computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage; Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Team player and able to collaborate with the F&B and Front Office teams; Placement in Payangan.
