Tanggung Jawab

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities
• Manage reservations and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process payments and maintain daily transaction records
• Coordinate effectively with the F&B and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Requirements:
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Detail-oriented with strong service and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional in dealing with guests and colleagues
• Able to operate basic computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player and able to collaborate with the F&B and Front Office teams
• Placement in Payangan
