PISON Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded Cashier to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for processing guest transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting smooth daily operations while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and compliance with company procedures. Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during the payment process Process cash, credit card, digital payment, and other transactions accurately Issue receipts, process refunds, and handle billing inquiries in accordance with company procedures Ensure the accuracy of cash floats, daily sales records, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation Coordinate with the service team to ensure orders and bills are processed correctly Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic payment-related concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding work
