Responsibilities: Execute and manage digital campaigns across various online channels (social media, paid media, and non-ecommerce platforms). Coordinate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and vendors for campaign ideation, planning, and execution.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure accurate campaign briefs, content development, and asset readiness. Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, traffic) and support post-campaign reporting and evaluation. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand guidelines, and executed smoothly across all channels.
Support offline campaigns, including in-store promotions, brand activations, and events. Coordinate with Store Operations and VM teams to ensure campaign readiness and execution. Assist in managing campaign materials (POSM, signage, etc.) and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing activation.
- Proven experience in handling digital campaigns (non-ecommerce), such as social media or brand campaigns.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or agency environments is preferred Exposure to offline campaigns or event support is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Willing to be place in Karawaci, Tangerang.
