Perusahaan ritel terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang energik dan berorientasi hasil untuk bergabung sebagai Buyer Specialist. Dalam posisi ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses pengadaan dan pencarian sumber barang (sourcing and procurement) untuk kategori produk ritel utama, meliputi makanan ringan (snacks), produk kecantikan (beauty), perlengkapan rumah tangga (home living), serta alat tulis dan mainan (stationery & toys). Anda akan berperan aktif dalam memimpin seluruh aktivitas pengadaan mulai dari negosiasi harga, ketentuan pembayaran, jadwal pengiriman, hingga finalisasi kontrak. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup evaluasi kapabilitas pemasok, pelaksanaan uji sampel produk, pemantauan tren pasar, serta menjaga hubungan kerja yang erat dengan para vendor guna memastikan efisiensi biaya dan keandalan suplai yang berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Source and develop suppliers across categories such as home living, beauty, and stationery & toys; Lead procurement activities including price negotiation, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contract finalization; Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure product quality, compliance, and reliable supply; Conduct product sampling, testing, and benchmarking, and provide improvement recommendations; Monitor market trends and optimize product cost and competitiveness; Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships while continuously improving the supplier base; Support other procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any field; Have minimum 2 years of working experience as buyer / procurement in food, toy and stationery suppliers and product development; Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities; Good analytical thinking with a cost-conscious and market-driven mindset; Able to communicate in English for daily work (Mandarin is a plus); Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); WILLING TO BE PLACED IN MEDAN.
