As the company continues to expand across new business verticals, customer segments, and geographies, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager to support business growth, improve operational execution, and help build scalable systems that support the next stage of the company's growth. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, identifying business opportunities, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.This role focuses on solving operational bottlenecks, building scalable processes, evaluating new opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional projects that contribute to business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business.Design and implement practical solutions that improve execution and productivity. Improve visibility and accountability through better operational processes and reporting.Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. Evaluate and support new business opportunities, products, services, and market expansion initiatives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.Assist in developing business cases and operational plans for new initiatives. Support the launch and scaling of new business verticals and growth opportunities. Monitor performance of new initiatives and recommend improvements based on results.
Kualifikasi: Experience in startups, technology companies, property, hospitality, consulting, or other high-growth businesses.; Experience launching new products, services, business lines, or operational initiatives.; Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational processes.; Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.; Experience managing teams is an advantage.; Familiarity with systems, project management platforms, and operational reporting tools..
