About the role We are seeking a Business Office Staff/Front Liner/Insurance Staff member to join our team at Bali International Hospital on a full-time basis . This is a crucial position that serves as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, combining reception duties with business office and insurance administration responsibilities. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, managing patient interactions, and ensuring smooth administrative and insurance operations. This role is based in Bali and is essential to our hospital's front-line operations and business effectiveness. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors and healthcare professionals in a warm and professional manner Managing incoming calls, directing enquiries to appropriate departments and maintaining a professional telephone manner Registering new patients, updating patient records and maintaining accurate documentation Processing patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handling insurance enquiries, verifying insurance coverage and coordinating insurance authorisations Processing insurance claims, billing information and payment transactions Maintaining confidentiality and complying with patient data protection regulations Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating with clinical departments Providing administrative support to the business office and medical records departments Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception
