Deliver great in-store experiences, support our efforts in mobile phone recycling, and learn the store operations.
Tanggung jawab: Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services; Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks; Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members; Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries; Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement; Work Environment:; Work in Kitar stores; For door-to-door services, you will need to visit the customer's preferred location (i.e residential address, office etc); Required to wear uniforms; Equipped with professional quality inspection tools; Requirements:; Final year students who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year experience; A minimum GPA (or IPK) of 3.20; Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship; Proficient verbal and written English skills is a plus; Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry; Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment; What We Offer:; Real Impact : Join a fast-growing startup where your work makes a difference in building a circular economy; Hands-On Experience : Learn directly through retail operations, team leadership, customer engagement, and sustainable business practices; Path to Full-Time : High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Store Management Trainee role, with growth opportunities into Store Manager or other leadership roles; Supportive Team : Work with a collaborative and innovative team that values creativity and initiative.
