About the role Kija Travel is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time position focused on identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic business relationships within the travel and tourism sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, developing new revenue streams, and building lasting partnerships with key stakeholders across the industry. Key responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the travel and tourism market, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and client accounts Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing partners

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and destination management companies Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Track and report on key performance metrics, pipeline development, and business development activities What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
