Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales — preferably in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Can join ASAP
• Fluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Willing to Work From Office (WFO)
• Demonstrated experience in identifying prospects, pitching, and acquiring new business clients or partners.
• Good understanding of fintech ecosystem, digital lending, payments, or financial services landscape.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments such as OJK , AFPI , and general compliance processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to prepare and deliver business proposals and product presentations confidently.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market insights.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities :
• Identify, research, and target potential partners and corporate clients.
• Actively hunt new business opportunities through networking, digital outreach, referrals, and market intel.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision makers, and partner organizations.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor moves, and industry developments.
• Work closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
• Relay market needs and customer feedback internally for product enhancement.
• Represent the company in compliance needs such as OJK, AFPI, etc
