Hi, Let’s Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker) . You will be responsible for promoting our product customer service solutions, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through presentations, negotiations, and sales activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B markets. Generate leads, maintain and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support long-term partnerships. 2. Product Presentation & Client Engagement Present and promote the company's profile and product service solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentation materials. 3. Negotiation & Contract Management
Conduct business meetings and negotiations with clients. Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
