Responsibilities: Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to the Branch Manager
Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for dealer Update branch monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores Update branch daily and monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity) Support sales promotion activities
Ensuring dealers purchase products by issuing PO Manage product returns that are deemed not to meet specifications Doing counter-invoices (invoices, and travel documents)
Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices Doing sell through products from dealers to sub dealers/shops Daily PO/Daily sales forecasting
