This position focuses on expanding market reach by identifying potential clients and generating new business leads. The Business Development professional will be responsible for mapping target markets, conducting client visits, presenting company services, and preparing professional pitch decks. The role requires building strong client relationships and actively following up on business opportunities to drive growth. In addition to sales activities, the role involves a marketing component, where the incumbent will plan and produce engaging social media content to support marketing initiatives. By monitoring social media trends and developing creative content ideas, the candidate will help enhance the company's brand presence. Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 3-4) is mandatory to effectively communicate with specific client segments.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable with client visits and networking; Familiar with social media trends, content planning, and content creation; Mandarin proficiency (HSK 3-4) is a must.
