About the role ONESECURE Asia Pte Ltd, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our Indonesia Team. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base within the region. Key responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market Proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales leads Presenting ONESECURE's products and services to target customers, demonstrating their value and benefits
Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development initiatives
Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets About you Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry
Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
