A Furniture Company in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (Full-time) Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth Increase sales performance and expand market reach Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing KPIs and sales team performance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across business functions Contribute directly to revenue growth and overall business expansion Requirements: Proven working 5 years experience as a Business Development Manager similar role Excellent written and verbal communication in English Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and business strategies Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a team
