Kualifikasi

• Mandarin is a must HSK min 4
• Must have Business Development Experiences Min 2 years
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in F&B / snack / retail chain expansion or franchise development
• Must have experience in store opening, franchise operation, or multi-store management. Experience in Indonesia local market preferred.
• Strong franchise development capability and store expansion execution.
• Ability to design and implement franchise systems (SOP, pricing, store model).
• Market planning and offline activation experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability in field operations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, corporate clients, key accounts, and other strategic business partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Lead, supervise, and support the Business Development team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and execute business expansion plans, including new outlet openings and market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
• Negotiate business agreements, contracts, and partnership terms.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor project implementation and ensure all business development activities align with company objectives and policies.
