Business Development Executive (Online Sales)

As an Business Development Executive (Online Sales) , you will be the frontline for our company, interacting with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our products or services. You will play a crucial role in converting these leads into satisfied customers by building rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions. Qualify inbound leads from calls, emails, and web chats to identify sales opportunities. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking lead progress throughout the sales cycle. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover upsell/cross-sell potential.

Manage a small portfolio of assigned accounts, proactively checking in with customers Able to upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the customer's needs, presenting additional products or services that can enhance their experience. Prepare personal sales forecasts and contribute to sales budgeting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
