Client Details: Indonesian ERP & POS company Job Description: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across SMEs, distributors, retailers, and brand owners
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure Execute outbound sales activities including cold outreach, networking, partnership development, and participation in industry events Engage directly with business owners, managers, and C-level executives to understand their business challenges and objectives
Conduct discovery and needs analysis sessions to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities Propose and present tailored ERP and e-commerce solutions aligned with client requirements Collaborate closely with consulting and technical teams in delivering product demonstrations, proposals, and solution scoping
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Stay updated on trends in ERP, SaaS, digital commerce, and enterprise technology Gather and share market feedback and customer insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies
Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, software, or IT solutions Strong understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales
