Business Development Consultant

About the role We are seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team in Malang, East Java and Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business expansion and revenue growth initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and developing business solutions that align with our company's objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business development activities and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Key responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments such as applicator and contractors to support company growth objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through proactive engagement and regular communication

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategy and identify market trends Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations and pitches tailored to client needs and requirements Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives

Collaborate with internal departments including operations, projects, and supply chains teams to ensure client expectations are met Monitor and report on business development activities, sales pipeline and key performance metrics Build and maintain a robust network of business contacts and industry connections to support ongoing growth initiatives

What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Proven track record in business development, sales or a related consulting role, ideally within a B2B environment (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
