About the Role We're looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development who thrives on winning new clients through organic channels, no paid traffic, no inbound leads handed to you on a plate. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from cold prospecting and personalized outreach all the way to demo, negotiation, and close.
What You'll Do Drive new customer acquisition through organic channels (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, HR/recruiter communities, offline events, personal networks, and referrals) Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to paid customer (full-cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → close)
Conduct product demos to HR Managers, Recruiters, and key decision-makers at target companies Negotiate and close deals, guiding prospects toward the plan that best fits their needs Maintain a daily CRM/tracker for full pipeline visibility (contact, company, deal stage, next action)
Submit weekly reports covering revenue progress, pipeline health, and deals at risk What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS or HR Tech preferred)
Proven B2B closing track record (preferred include numbers in your application, not just narratives) Skilled in personalized cold outreach (not mass blasting) with strong outreach copywriting Active on LinkedIn with hands-on experience prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
