Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, supermarket, and key stakeholders. Find and acquire new clients, partners, and business projects. Support business expansion in supermarkets, modern trade channels, and other potential sales channels.
Support franchise/outlet expansion projects, including location scouting and feasibility analysis. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to execute business development initiatives.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for business growth. Develop and support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create attractive promotional materials using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar applications.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of visual design and branding.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
