PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) adalah perusahaan yang sedang mencari Business Analyst Manager berpengalaman untuk memimpin inisiatif analisis proses bisnis, peningkatan, dan digitalisasi di seluruh organisasi. Peran ini berfungsi sebagai jembatan strategis antara pemangku kepentingan bisnis dan tim IT, menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi teknologi yang efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Lead business process analysis, mapping, and improvement across functions and divisions; Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements for IT solutions; Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business owners and key stakeholders; Identify opportunities for process digitalization, automation, and paperless workflows; Develop and implement SOPs, process flows, and governance frameworks; Define requirements and acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure successful solution implementation; Monitor implementation and ensure proper handover to business users/process owners; Lead and coach Business Analysts to ensure quality analysis and documentation.
Kualifikasi: Strategic and analytical professional; Strong experience in business process improvement; Experience in requirement gathering; Experience in digital transformation; Experience in stakeholder management; Ability to lead and develop a team of Business Analysts.
