Business Analyst - Project Based 1 Year
Tanggung jawab: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teams; Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis; Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases, and other functional documentation; Analyze business processes, identify business rules, and translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team; Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle; Support system design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives; Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and issue tracking; Assist in change management activities, user documentation, and knowledge transfer when required; Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects; Prior experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory; Experience working on system implementation, digital transformation, or application development projects; Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process mapping (BPMN/UML), and documentation; Ability to create BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams; Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; LOMA certification is preferred; Available to join immediately or on short notice (ASAP).
