About the role PT. Alam Anugerahjaya Abadi is seeking a Business Development Executive professional to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis . What you'll be doing : Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets for company constructions expansion Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support new business initiatives Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for prospective clients and business partners

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure new business agreements Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to execute business development plans Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities

Track and report on business development activities, progress and outcomes to senior management Participate in industry events, exhibitions and networking activities to generate new leads and business opportunities What we're looking for :
