Building Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Building Manager (Apartment & Resicential) to lead the daily operations of our residential complex. Daily Operations Management : Oversee the smooth running of all building facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Unit Leasing Operations : Manage rental processes including tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration.

Department Coordination : Collaborate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations. Resident Relations : Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy. Community Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Compliance Oversight : Ensure all residents adhere to building rules and regulations, promoting harmony and safety within the community. Operational Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on building performance, occupancy, and operational activities to management.
