Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership Serve as the guardian of the Horizon Education brand, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external communication.
Spearhead brand strategy initiatives to strengthen positioning, awareness, and consistency in messaging. Act as the subject matter expert on branding and creative storytelling, guiding teams on how to communicate the schools’ unique value proposition. Partner with marketing heads and national marketing teams to ensure creative outputs support enrollment, awareness, and coaching-driven culture.
Creative Direction & Content Production Oversee end-to-end creative content production: concepting, design, video, copywriting, and campaign visuals. Provide creative direction and review for all campaigns, ensuring content resonates with students, parents, and community stakeholders.
Lead the design and execution of multi-channel creative assets (social media, print, events, merchandise, OOH, etc.). Ensure creative content reflects Completion & Success through Coaching and Horizon Education’s aspirational message. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Creative Content Designers and Sr. Creative Content Designers. Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the creative team. Conduct regular feedback, reviews, and coaching to unlock the team’s full creative potential.
