Develop and expand partnerships with local Indonesian brands. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, manufacturers, and supply chain partners. Evaluate brand potential, product competitiveness, and suitable cooperation models.
Lead business negotiations for brand authorization, master distributorship, exclusive distribution, and other strategic partnerships. Coordinate with internal operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure successful brand onboarding and execution. Monitor sales performance of partner brands and formulate growth strategies.
Conduct market research on Indonesian consumer trends and competitor activities. Achieve the company's annual brand acquisition and partnership targets. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or related commercial roles. Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer goods market. Proven ability to conduct and close business negotiations independently.
Existing network and resources among local Indonesian brands are highly preferred. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese. Professional business communication skills in English.
