We are an importer and distributor in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Indonesia, consisting of several key entities: PT Pantja Artha Niaga , PT Pelita Abadi Niaga , PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa , PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera , and Nano Logistic, PT . Currently, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as " Brand Development Commercial Executive " to drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and create impactful brand experiences across key on-trade and off-trade channels.
Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic outlet partnerships. Drive product listings, visibility, and distribution across key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, management, and industry partners.
Execute commercial initiatives, promotional activities, and brand activation programs. Conduct product training, tasting sessions, and brand education for customers and partners. Plan and execute masterclasses, trade events, and consumer activations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Prepare commercial reports, sales activities, and performance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, Brand Development, Key Account, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Beverage, Hospitality, or Luxury Brand industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with HORECA, retail, or trade partners.
- Experience in organizing events, brand activations, or commercial programs is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when supporting events.
