Perusahaan ini mencari Brand Ambassador yang fasih berbahasa Inggris untuk mempromosikan produk nikotin. Peran ini sangat cocok bagi mereka yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi persuasif dan ingin bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis. Brand Ambassador akan bertugas berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen, memberikan edukasi produk, serta melakukan demonstrasi atau trial produk sesuai dengan pedoman merek. Posisi ini menuntut kedisiplinan tinggi dalam memenuhi target kinerja (KPI), kepatuhan terhadap SOP, serta kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift dan melakukan perjalanan antar lokasi.
Tanggung jawab: Engage with consumers through effective approaches tailored to the target audience; Deliver clear and accurate product information and key messages in accordance with brand guidelines; Conduct consumer interactions and product trials in line with the established program procedures; Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs; Ensure all activities comply with applicable SOPs, compliance requirements, and brand standards; Maintain a positive attitude, and professional conduct throughout all activities; Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of products, samples, POSM, and other work-related tools; Record activity data accurately and submit reports within the required deadlines; Attend briefings, training sessions, coaching, and performance evaluations conducted by the Team Leader; Provide constructive field feedback and consumer insights to support program improvements and overall effectiveness.
Kualifikasi: Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK); Candidates residing in Bali are preferred; Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (SPG/SPB), Promoter, or in brand activation is an advantage; Present a neat and professional appearance; Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, confident, and persuasive approach; Strong ability to approach, engage, and build rapport with consumers; Ability to communicate product information effectively and conduct consumer interactions and product trials; Be comfortable working toward individual targets and performance KPIs; Maintain discipline in attendance, grooming standards, SOP compliance, and work schedules; Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and high integrity; Be willing to work shifts, including weekends, travel between locations, and adapt to project requirements.
