As the Branch Manager (Medan), you will take full accountability for leading, managing, and optimizing all operational activities and business performance across our Medan branch. You will be responsible for overseeing regional exhibition contracting, MICE projects, corporate events, and custom booth setups while driving local business growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional branch teams, manage regional budgets and vendor relations, ensure flawless on-ground execution, and take complete ownership of achieving the branch's revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability targets.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Business Management, Event Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields.; Minimum 5 years of experience in project-based industries such as MICE, exhibition contracting, event production, interior contractor, or construction contractor.; Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing business operations, team management, and performance targets.; Proven track record of managing end-to-end branch/regional operations, budget execution, and financial performance.; Strong leadership, executive decision-making, strategic planning, and crisis management skills.; Experienced in managing regional client relations, event organizers, venue management, sub-contractors, and local production crews.; Solid understanding of event production, technical setups, site management, and project logistics.; Sharp business acumen with strong skills in budgeting, cost estimation, project scheduling, and revenue forecasting.; High level of integrity, accountability, discipline, and strong communication and negotiation abilities..
