Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ($S1$) in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior supervisory role within sales and operations. Strong leadership, people management, and dual-capability in driving sales while overseeing branch facilities.
Good financial acumen (budgeting, OPEX, and cash flow monitoring). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to handle corporate clients and project-based sales. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate) and advanced proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and highly resilient under pressure. Branch Management & Leadership: Lead and manage overall branch operations, facilities, and personnel (including recruitment and performance) in compliance with company regulations. Sales Growth & Revenue: Drive the sales team to meet short/long-term targets, and directly handle high-value project-based sales.
Client & After-Sales Service: Maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients, and oversee top-tier after-sales services (maintenance, spare parts, and accessories). Financial Management: Monitor branch financial metrics (A/R, cash flow, petty cash) and manage operational expenses (OPEX) according to the approved budget. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present regular sales performance and operational reports to management.
