Job Description: • Responsible for managing the sales process with a focus on new customer acquisition, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and end users, and maximizing existing business potential. • Explore and identify various sales opportunities within the customer portfolio, such as contract renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with the company's services to foster solid long-term relationships. • Analyze customer data to identify needs, interests, and potential barriers to develop more targeted marketing strategies. • Regularly evaluate customer activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain the customer base.

• Commit to achieving or exceeding the company's annual sales targets. • Maintain intensive communication with clients to introduce new products or services that are relevant and attractive to them. • Manage and finalize contract negotiations with customers, ensuring profitable agreements.
