Service Operations & After-Sales Management Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and technical support. Direct and monitor after-sales service workflows, including efficient spare parts inventory management and accessories fulfillment. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control benchmarks for all service deliverables to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring Supervise and mentor service advisors, technicians, and administrative personnel to maintain peak operational efficiency. Manage personnel scheduling, labor hours, and technical training to support team productivity and safety standard compliance. Assist the Branch Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for branch staff.
Client Relationship & Escalation Handling Act as the senior point of contact for complex customer inquiries, service complaints, and technical issue resolution. Nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
