Boutique Sales Assistant

Job Description (Responsibilities) Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Handle customer transactions accurately (cash, card, and other payment methods)

Manage stock, including receiving, restocking, and inventory checking Ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional way

Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations Job Requirements

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store (fashion industry is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
