PT Performance Motors Indonesia, the authorized dealer of BMW and MINI in Medan, is looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Brand Consultants. In this role, you will represent one of the world's most iconic automotive brands while helping customers find the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle and aspirations.

Represent the BMW/MINI brand with professionalism and excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.

Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and test drives. Manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

Maintain accurate customer records and conduct regular follow-ups. Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience. Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activities.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree from any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, Business Development, Banking, Property, Insurance, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Automotive, or related industries. Strong passion for customer service, relationship building, and premium brands.
