The BMS Engineer focuses on measurement, control, and protection systems for battery management. The role bridges battery science, engineering practice, and control system design to deliver reliable energy storage solutions. Responsibilities include implementing voltage/temperature/current sensing, SOC estimation, designing protection, thermal monitoring, heater/cooling control, and developing CAN communication, data logging, and system firmware. This is a remote, target-based role with flexible working hours.
