Posisi Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memberikan pengajaran dan pendidikan berkualitas bagi anak-anak usia dini di lingkungan sekolah taman kanak-kanak. Peran ini mencakup penyusunan program bimbingan belajar, evaluasi hasil belajar siswa, analisis efektivitas kurikulum, serta pemberian pengasuhan dan pendampingan untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang, kemandirian, serta keterampilan sosial anak dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan pedagogis modern dan teknologi pembelajaran yang interaktif.
Tanggung jawab: Teach and educate students; Develop guidance programs; Evaluate student learning outcomes; Analyze the implementation and effectiveness of guidance programs; Assist in providing care and guidance to support children's development and independence.
Kualifikasi: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Early Childhood Teacher Education (PGPAUD), Psychology, or English Language Education; Active English proficiency, with a minimum TOEFL score of 450, supported by a certificate; Ability to teach using English fluently and actively; A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00; At least one year of experience in a relevant field; A good understanding of the applicable curriculum; A good understanding of pedagogical principles; Ability to use technology in teaching and learning, with good communication skills.
