The Battery Engineer leads battery performance analysis, thermal and electrical characterization, and implementation of energy storage solutions. The role focuses on battery chemistry, electrical and thermal behavior, including analyzing cell chemistry, capacity, C-rate, SOC, OCV, internal resistance, and heat generation. Responsibilities include building battery electrical models, characterizing discharge profiles, and testing, analyzing, and documenting battery performance. This is a remote, target-based role with flexible working hours.
