Bartender di The Coach Restaurant bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dan menyajikan berbagai macam minuman, mulai dari koktail klasik hingga pilihan non-alkohol, sesuai dengan resep standar. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, memberikan rekomendasi, serta menciptakan pengalaman yang positif dan santai bagi pengunjung. Selain aspek teknis pembuatan minuman, posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab atas manajemen inventaris bar, menjaga kebersihan area bar, serta memproses transaksi pembayaran pelanggan. Bartender juga harus memastikan kepatuhan terhadap hukum layanan alkohol yang bertanggung jawab dengan memverifikasi usia pelanggan dan memantau kondisi tamu.
