Lago Bali mencari Bartender yang berpengalaman dan kreatif untuk bergabung di venue tepi pantai kami yang memukau di Nusa Lembongan, Bali. Posisi full-time ini menempatkan Anda di jantung operasional perhotelan kami. Sebagai Bartender, Anda memegang peranan krusial dalam menghadirkan pelayanan luar biasa dan menciptakan pengalaman tak terlupakan bagi para tamu melalui keahlian mixology, interaksi pelanggan, serta manajemen bar yang prima untuk mempertahankan reputasi kami sebagai destinasi koktail dan minuman premier di Bali.
Tanggung jawab: Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards; Crafting signature and classic cocktails with precision, flair and creativity, whilst maintaining consistency and quality; Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences; Maintaining an organized, clean and hygienic bar workspace, including proper stock rotation and inventory management; Monitoring and managing bar supplies, including ordering stock when necessary and ensuring adequate levels of spirits, mixers and garnishes; Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and processing payments securely; Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service practices; Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery; Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and supporting colleagues during peak service periods; Keeping up to date with trends in mixology and suggesting new drinks.
